Don't it just figure?

"What is your meditation practice?"

"I sit zazen for twenty-five minutes every day."

"I want you to do bowing meditation.  Preferably all 108.  It should only take you twelve minutes but you will be sweaty."

Oh yeah!  And your legs will hate you.

That's what I get for blogging about bowing.
